THE BY-LAWS — Continued from April, May, June, 1973 issue. — All proposed amendments to the by-laws by a branch shall be forwarded to the Executive Committee at least one month before the first day of the Convention. The amendments shall be presented to the Board of Directors for their recommendations. The proposed amendments shall be presented to the Convention along with the written recommendations of the Board of Directors. Amendments proposed by the Board of Directors shall be submitted directly to the Convention. Amendments may be passed by a majority vote of the members of the Convention. RESOLUTION These By-Laws were revised and published by the By-Laws Committee of the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America according to the resolution and direct instruction of the Regular Convention held in Ligonier, Pa., from June 26 to 30, 1972.
