Cleveland Bethlen Ball a Huge Success By Elmer E. Vargo, Ohio Director Deborah Kardos, Julie Ann Leczo, Jane Biro, Cynthia Pustai, Barbara Kuntz, Denise Unger and Lynne Kita. An evening of merriment was had by all attending the Bethlen Benefit Ball on April 17, 1971. This was sponsored by the Women’s Guild of the First Hungarian Reformed Church. This is an annual affair for the benefit of our Bethlen Home and the members of the Women’s Guild are to be commended for their untiring efforts in sponsoring such an event for so worthy a cause. This illustrates the true meaning of Christian and Fraternal spirits in helping those less fortunate than ourselves. The Chairman was Mrs. Tillie Zachowski, assisted by Mrs. John Teigiser as Co-Chairman and the other members serving as Hostesses. The finale of the evening was the crowning of the Queen, Mis Cynthia Pustai, and the Grand March led by the Chairman, Mrs. Zachowski and the Rt. Rev. Louis Nagy, Superintendent of the Bethlen Home. Our sincere thanks to all of those who so graciously continue to support the work of our Bethlen Home. KATHY SEES IT THROUGH Katherine Ann Szinnyey has been blind since after birth.
