C., on September 27 to the 29th at the Statler Hilton Hotel. The National Fraternal Congress of America is that association which promotes the general welfare of the fraternal benefit system by uniting the fraternal benefit societies in all matters of mutual concern and public interest. It is hoped that President Lyndon B. Johnson can be present to address this convention which will be attended by some sir hundred officers of the various fraternal benefit societies of the United States and Canada, and a host of United States Senators and Congressmen. The wide range of interesting and informative meetings on schedule will be preceded the day before, on Sunday, September 26th, with the presentation of the third FRATERNAL SPECTACULAR, a colorful exhibition demonstrating the people-to- people concept of “Fraternalism in Action” in which nationalistic song and dance groups will participate, including the HUNGARIAN RHAPSODY FOLK DANCE ENSEMBLE from Newi York. It will be an honor and privilege for us here in Washington, the Nations Capital, to welcome the National Officers of the Congress as well as the officers of the many fraternal societies.
