2 FRATERNITY an intensive training program for the benefit of the entire force, particularly for the newer generation section and branch managers. On the basis of net production and over-produdction for 1963, those named for awards as highest producers and over-producers were the following: Alex Csik, Leslie J. Carey, Tibor Köss, Miklós Szolga, László Kernes, Joseph Benedek, Jr., Joseph Molnár and Mrs. Emma Aros. Among the many practical and valuable suggestions made during the conference — which our force will find in the minutes to be set them — is that we publish the names of our field personnel and branch managers in order to acquaint our membership with them. This can be done by districts published successively in our official magazine. In this issue of our “Fraternity” we are happy to present our personnel of the Connecticut and New York territories. The two-day conference ended with a tour of our new Home Office Building. THANKS To the Officers of the Federation: My two children and I thank the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America for the kindness and sympathy, for the wonderful words of comfort we received in our grief and moment of sorrow. I especialy thank each and every one of you for the prompt service rendered me in record time. I also thank Mr. Joseph Benedek for his assistance, kindness and sympathy. I thank all our members for their kindness. My only regret is that I didn’t take an active part in the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America twenty years sooner. I know that the ministers of our beloved Federation will remember my wife, my children and me in their prayers. We thank you one and all. Sincerely, Uniontown, Penna. Emery Bota and Children HOW CAN I REPLACE MY LOST REGISTRATION CARD? Question: Recently my wallet was stolen and I lost my registration card. It was important to me both as a means of identification and for border crossing purposes. How do I go about getting a replacement? Answer: To obtain a replacement you either go or write to the nearest office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, requesting Form 1-90. This form is used both for the replacement of alien registration receipt cards which are lost or destroyed, and also for new cards if the old card has been mutilated or the name of the person to whom it was made out has changed. The form must be accompanied by a $5.00 fee, two photographs made according to specifications contained on the form, and in cases of a changed name, documentary proof of such change, for instance, a marriage certificate.
