The rate of assets to liabilities (including reserves on all statutory obligations) for the last five years are as follows: 1963 — 110.3%; 1962 — 110.2%; 1961 — 109.97%; 1960 — 108.16%; 1959 — 107.56%. ★ ★ ★ Washington ) District of Columbia ) J.
