FRATERNITY 9 The Film Estimate Board of National Organizations (FEBNO) prepares a monthly “Green Sheet” containing reviews and suggesting audiences for current films. The “Green Sheet” is available in many communities, in libraries, churches and theatres. FEBNO organizations, including the American Jewish Committee, the American Library Association, the Federation of Motion Pictures Councils, Inc., the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, the National Congress of Parents and Teachers, the National Council of Women of the U. S. A., the National Federation of Music Clubs, the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. the Protestant Motion Picture Council and the Schools Motion Picture Committee, print advance reviews in their own publications that reach millions of readers From this material parents can inform themselves and make up their own minds as to the films they feel are suitable for their children. None can make this decision better than the parent who best understands his own child.
