I request and call to the attention of my branch fellow-officers who handle the collection of the monthly dues that they forward to the Home Office only those checks and money orders that are made out in the name of The Hungarian Reformed Federation of America. Those checks and money orders made out to any private person should be cashed locally. It has already happened that some of these personal checks were returned by the bank marked “Unpaid” or “Cancelled”. Since there is unnecessary correspondence and expense connected with the collection of these checks, my request is that personal checks be cashed locally and the money sent to the Home Office by the branch officer. KÉRELEM ÉS FIGYELMEZTETÉS! Osztálytisztviselő Testvéreimet, kik a tagdijakat kezelik, kérem és a figyelmüket felhivom, hogy tagdíjban csak azokat a csekkeket, money ordereket küldjék be a Pénztári Hivatalunkba, melyek az Egyesületünk nevére vannak kiállítva. A személyes nevekre kiállított csekkeket, money ordereket váltsák be lakóhelyeiken. Igen gyakran megesik, hogy a személyes névre kiállított csekkek beváltatlanul “Unpaid”, “Cancelled” jelzéssel jönnek vissza. Azok a Testvéreink, akiknek ilyen ügyet kellett elintézniök, azt tapasztalatból tudják, hogy költséges is és sok időbe is kerül a jóvátétele csak egy csekknek is! Hát nekünk, akik sok osztálytól sok ilyen csekket kell jóvá tetetnünk? Személyre kiállított csekket ne küldjenek a központi Pénztári Hivatalba! Ez a kérés és figyelmeztetés!
