We would like to call the attention of our dear members to the very first provision of our certificates which reads: "All monthly rates are payable on the first day of each month." This means that dues for the month of May, for instance, are payable to the Branch Managers on the first of May. Kindly comply with this stipulation, because our Managers have to send their report, together with the collections, to the Home Office not later than the 26th of each month.
