NOVEMBER, 1950 Jl iprager Our Heavenly Father, we have forgotten that “Thou hast made of one blood all nations of men to dwell on the face of the earth”, that in union with Thee “there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female”. For our sin of into­lerance which has closed our eyes and our hearts to fine contributions that might have made us all richer and hap­pier, we pray for forgiveness. We have been slow to recognize the deep yearn­ing of individuals and nations and have denied the very freedoms for which men so nobly laid down their lives. For all this we' pray for forgiveness. Lead us, O Father, back into Thy paths of peace and brotherhood, keep us from foolish pride and thoughtless indiffer­ence and give us Thine own divine com­passion that we may save the needy in all lands.
