The Mission of the Church is twofold:

(1) To develop believers in Jesus Christ. A people united in work and worship, are comforted and strengthened, by Christ, through the faith, hope and love of His fellow-believers. The truth is that Jesus Christ is present with His Church to an extent which he can never be with a mere individual.

(2) To win the world for Christ. The Church is the only institution whose mission it is to further the worship and service of the God and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Church is the centre of the world’s best adoration and true faith and out of it come amazing teaching and missionary achievements for the advancement of the kingdom of God. From it flows the spirit that preserves the best in home, school, work and play.
