Kongresszusi összefoglalók Patients and methods: 25 eyes of 16 patients were investigated retrospectively. Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography (SD-ОСТ) was performed in the eyes with clinically significant diabetic macular oedema before and 3-18 months after focal or grid-pattern laser treatment. OCT images were examined in search of round or ova! structures with a hyperreflective border and varying inner reflectivity. Results: Structures corresponding to the characteristics described above have been found in one third of the eyes before and in half of the eyes after laser treatment. The structures were situated in the broadened outer nuclear layer, but in regions next to the outer plexiform layer, in most cases in the presence of an intact ellipsoid layer and external limiting membrane (ELM). A gyermekkori rövidlátóság progressziójának csökkentése CMyopia Kontroll! - Irodalmi áttekintés és saját eredményeink bemutatása Tönköl Tamás15 Péterfy Sándor Utcai Kórház és Baleseti Központ, Budapest TDasis Szemészeti Stúdió, Budapest A kurzusban röviden bemutatjuk a gyerekkori rövidlátóság progressziójának csökkentését célzó eljárásokat (Myopia Kontroll), illetve azok irodalmi hátterét és megítélését világszerte az elmúlt 5 évre vonatkozóan, különös tekintettel az elmúlt 1 év újdonságaira. A kurzus második részében bemutatjuk az éjszakai (orthokeratológiai) kontaktlencse gyerekkori rövidlátóság progressziójának csökkentésére kifejtett hatását saját, 170 kontaktlencse-illesztési eredményre támaszkodva. Vizsgáljuk a myopiás gyerekszemek szférikus ekvivalensének és a tengelyhosszának változását az elmúlt 3 év távlatában. Bemutatjuk a gyerekkori éjszakai lencsehasználat szülői megítélését is. Értékeljük a programban részt vevő gyerekek szülei által névtelenül kitöltött online kérdőív összesített eredményét. Összesen 76 szülő (152 lencseillesztés) válaszolt a lencseviselés eredményességére, kényelmére, illetve a mindennapi lencsehasználatra vonatkozó kérdésekre. A válaszokat a családi anamnézis és a rövidlátóság foka szerint is értékeljük. We focus on the news of the past one year. In the second part we present the effect on the myopia progression created by overnight orthokeratology contact lenses based on our result of 170 contact lens fittings. We examine the changes of the spherical equivalent and the axial tenth of myopic eyes during the past 3 years. We present how the parents judge the technique. We show the summarized result of the anonymous online feedbacks filled out by the parents of the myopic children. Altogether 7b parents (152 contact lens fitting) answered the questions relevant to the effectiveness and comfort of the reshaping therapy and the everyday use of the lenses. We evaluate the answers in accordance with the family history data and the stage of the myopia. 4 /
