140. évfolyam (2003) 45 szerepet játszhat az üvegtesti eredetű folyadék subretinalis térbejutásában.1 Esetünkben hátsó üvegtesti határhártya-leválás nem volt észlelhető. Következtetés Az általunk bemutatott eset a papillagödör mellékleletként felfedezett, több szempontból is atípusos formája. Nasalian elhelyezkedő papillagödör ritka, az eset igazi különlegességét azonban az ellenoldali microphthalmus és a látóideg cisztái adják. A kórkép hátterében feltehetően az ocularis fissura kétoldali hibás embrionális záródása áll. A szerzők tudomása szerint ilyen asszociáció az irodalomban korábban nem volt ismeretes. Irodalom 1.
