több beutalt érkezett retinopathia nélkül, illetve proliferativ retinopathiával. A 327 első ízben észlelt DM-ban szenvedő beteg közel 2/3-ában priméren indokolt volt valamilyen terápiás beavatkozás, ami részben igazolja a szűrővizsgálatokat végzők lelkiismeretes munkáját, részben felhívja a figyelmet e betegcsoportban a még szorosabb ellenőrzés fontosságára.
