64 Szemészet, 130 (1993) Felhívás a szerzőkhöz A szerkesztőséghez küldött közlemények magyar, német és angol nyelvűek lehetnek, minden esetben angol összefoglalóval. A kéziratot 2 példányban küldje: Dr. Follmann Piroska egyetemi docens, a Szemészet felelős szerkesztőjének, SOTE I. Sz. Szemészeti Klinika, Budapest, Tömő u. 25-27. 1083 címre. Az összefoglalás lehetőleg ne haladja meg a 10 gépelt sort. Tartalmazza a problémafelvetést, anyag és módszert, eredményeket és az abból levonható, új következtetéseket. A közlemény végén kérjük az első szerző nevét és címét feltüntetni. A kódszavak egy szóval utaljanak a közlemény lényegére: 3-10 szó lehet maximum. A második oldal angol nyelven ugyanaz, mint az első. A harmadik oldaltól következik a szöveg. Ábraaláírás: külön oldalon. Irodalmi hivatkozás a közlemény végén max. 20 lehet, amelyet a következőképpen kérünk elkészíteni: vezetéknév, keresztnév első betűje (pont nélkül), szerzők neve között vessző, utolsó név után kettőspont. Az idézett közlemény címe, folyóirat (a nemzetközi rövidítés szerint), kötetszám aláhúzva, utána vessző, első oldal száma, zárójelben a megjelenés éve. Pl.: Hammer H, Németh J, Andriska M: Cím Szemészet 126, 7 (1989) A másodpéldány lehet az első fénymásolata, az ábraanyagot is beleértve. A kéziratot a következőképpen kell elkészíteni: A/4-es ív egyik oldalára kettes sorközzel gépeljük. Egy oldalon max. 30 sor, egy sorban 60 leütés lehet. Az első oldal tartalmazza a fejlécet, a közlemény címét, szerző(k) nevét, az összefoglalást és a kódszavakat. A fejlécben kérjük feltüntetni a szerző(k) munkahelyét, zárójelben az intézet (osztály) vezetőjével. A közlemény címét nagybetűvel gépeljük. A szerzők keresztnevét férfiak esetében az első betűvel (utána pont) jelezzük, nőknél a teljes nevet kiírjuk. Az irodalmi hivatkozások arab számokkal számozva, névsor szerint kerülnek be az irodalom listájába. Ábrák és táblázatok elkészítése. Ábrák arab, a táblázatok római számokkal számozandók. Csak eredeti pozitívak, képek küldhetők be. Negatív nem küldhető. A színes ábrák is fekete-fehérben jelennek meg. Egy-egy nagyon indokolt esetben 1 oldal terjedelemben színes ábrát színesen tudunk közölni. A táblázatok legyenek világosan áttekinthetők, ábraaláírásukban tartalmazzák, hogy milyen összefüggést tüntetnek fel. Az ábrák hátlapjára csak ceruzával lehet írni: a jobb felső sarkában nyíllal jelöljük az ábra állását a közleményben (fenn-lenn), felfelé mutató nyíl azt jelenti, hogy az ábrának az a széle kerül olvasás irányának megfelelően felülre, amelyre a nyíl mutat. Az ábrák hátoldalán röviden jelezni kell, hová tartozik az ábra (pl. szerző, cím - esetleg rövidítve). Különlenyomatot minden első szerző kap. Instructions to the authors Communications sent to the Editorial Board can be submitted in Hungarian, German or English with an English abstract in all three cases. The manuscript with a copy (in duplicate form) should be addressed to the Managing Editor: Dr. Piroska Follmann, university docent, I. Dept. Ophthal., Semmelweis University Medical School, Tömő u. 25-29., H-1083 Budapest, Hungary. The copy of the manuscript and illustrations can be photoprints. Articles must be typewritten on one side of the paper A/4, in double spacing with ample margins. On one page maximally 30 lines should be written, 60 letters to the line. The first page should contain the heading, the title of the communication, the name(s) of the author(s), the abstract and the key words. In the heading the working place of the author(s), the head of the institution (department) should be given. The title of the communication should be typewritten in capital letters. The first name(s) of the male author(s) should be designated by the initial(s), followed by full-stop, the first name of the female author(s) should not be abbreviated. The abstract should be restricted to 10 lines, must contain the raising of the problem, the materials and methods, results and the essential, new conclusions. The key words (not compound) should refer to the essentials of the communication (maximally 3-10 words). The second page should be the first page in English. From the third page the text of the publication should be given. The legends of the illustrations must be typed on a separate sheet. The references should be given at the end of the manuscript (maximally 20 references) in the following order: Family name initial of first name (without full-stop), between the names of authors comma, after the last name colon. Title of the quotation, the title of journals should be abbreviated in accordance with the Index Medicus, volume number underlined, comma, number of the first page, year of publication in brackets. E.g.: Hammer H, Németh J, Andriska M: Title Szemészet 126, 7 (1989). References to books must include name of editor(s) if there is one, town where published, name of the publisher, year, volume, page numbers. The references should be typed in alphabetic order, numbered by Arabic numerals. Illustrations and Tables. The illustrations should be numbered in Arabic numerals, the tables in Roman numerals, they should be numbered continuously and not separately. Slides and high quality prints can be submitted. No negatives will be accepted. The colour illustrations will be printed in black and white. In exceptional justified cases colour plates not surpassing one page can be printed. The tables should be well arranged, in the legend the comment on the context dealt with should be given. The illustrations should be labelled with the author’s name, numbered in the same order as they are cited in the text and have the top indicated. Only pencil can be used for writing on the back of the illustrations. At the end of the manuscript the name of first author and the mailing address should be given. The first author is supplied with reprints. Contributors will receive one proof, and should read it carefully for printers’errors. Alterations to the original text should be kept to a minimum and may be charged to the author.
