összefoglalás A szerzők az OTE Neonatalogiai Osztályán kezelt 232 koraszülöttön a tunica vasculosa lentis elülső részének, a membrana pupillarisnak az obliteratioját vizsgálták. Összefüggést kerestek a MP, a gestatios kor és az aktív ROP között. A vizsgálati eredményekből levonható összefüggések a következők: — a foetalis érmaradvány kiterjedése a gestatios korral arányos és alkalmas a koraszülött életkorának megközelítő meghatározására, ha egyéb adat nem áll rendelkezésre, — a membrana pupillarispersistálásaaROP kialakulásával nincs okozati összefüggésben, — a retinopathia súlyossági foka nem befolyásolja a membrana pupillaris regresszióját, — a MP megfigyelését tágítatlan pupilla mellett javasoljuk, mert így látható az érhurkok valós állapota. Medgyaszay O., Czvikovszky Gy., Hatvani I., Mészáros J.: The relations between the period of gestation, the pupillary membrane and the retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) The obliteration of the pupillary membrane, the anterior part of the tunica vasculosa was examined on 232 premature infants in the Neonatological Department of the Postgraduate Medical School University, Budapest, Hungary. Correlation was searched between the pupillary membrane, the period of gestation and active ROP. The conclusions of the examinations are the following: — the extension of the foetal vessel remains is proportional with the period of gestation and is suitable for an approximate determination of the age of the premature infeant when no data are available-—- there is no correlation between the persistence of the pupillary membrane and the development of ROP — the severity of the alterations of ROP do not influence the regression of the pupillary membrane — the examination of the pupillary membrane is recommended with not dilated pupil because the real state of the loops of the vessels can be observed only in this way. 148
