cellularia mátrixot kollagénrostok és GAG-ok alkotják. A fibronectin jelenléte a fibroblastok aktivitását jelzik, szerepe az egyéb proliferációs folyamatokban betöltöttel lehet analóg. IRODALOM: 1. Mohay J., Süveges I., Pelle Zs.: Histopathologic examination of retrolental membranes Histopathologic examinations of 12 retrolental membranes of ROP stage V are reported which were removed in the course of open sky vitrectomy. According to the histologic structure the membranes were divided in three groups: „cell-rich” (young), „fiber-rich”^mature) and ’’mixed” group. In the latter both cell- and fiber-rich sections occured. No correlation was found between the age of the children, the time of operation and the maturity of the membranes. The morphologic components of the membranes consist of fibroblasts, fibrocytes, myofibroblasts. The extracellular matrix is composed of collagene fibres and GAG. The occurence of fibronectin refers to the activity of fibroblasts, and its role may be analogous with other proliferatic processes. 134
