Kahánné László I.: On the Indomethacin Soluble eyedrops

The Indomethacin Soluble is a compound which dissolves in water in large concentration with neutral reaction. For ophthalmic use an eye drop can be made with Indomethacin Soluble content corresponding to 3 mg/ml indomethacinum with the same osmotic pressure and reaction as the tear and with an excellent therapeutic effect. The eyedrop can be stored for years when protected against light and kept between 2 and 10 °C.

Indomethacin Soluble ist ein sich in Wasser in großer Konzentration, mit neutraler Reaktion lösendes Indomethacinderivat. Zum Zweck von Augentropfen kann eine 3 mg/ml Indomethacin Soluble enthaltende Lösung hergestellt werden, deren osmotischer Druck und Reaktion der Träne identisch sind und die über eine große therapeutische Wirkung verfügt. Die Augentropfen können lichtgeschützt bei 2—10 °C jahrelang auf bewahrt werden.
