Д ь. Дожа: Воздействие факоэмульсификации на эндотелий роговицы В серии экспериментов на глазах кроликов автор изучал действие факоэмульсификации на эндотелий роговой оболочки. После деятельности ультразвуковой головки в течение 1—4—5—7 мин он делал съемки изображенией под скенирующим электронным микроскопом, чтобы проследить за изменениями, наступающими в эндотелии. Сравнив собственные результаты с литературными данными, автор пришел к выводу, что имеется тесная взаимосвязь между продолжительностью воздействия ультразвуковой головки, степенью поражения эндотьлия и его распространенностью. При удлинении фрагментационного времени увеличивается поврежденная поверхность эндотелия, результатом чего является появляющееся после операции затуманивание роговицы.

Dózsa Gy. : The influence of phakoemulsification on corneal endothel By experiments performed on rabbit eyes the influence of phakoemulsification on corneal endothel was studied.

After the operation of the ultrasonic piece for one — four — five — seven minutes the alterations of the endothel were followed up by scanning electronmicroscopic pictures. The results of examinations, which were in accordance with literary data, pointed to the fact that close connection exists between the time of operation of the ultrasonic piece and the dimension and extent of endothel injury. In proportion with the extension of fragmentation time the surface of injured endothel is increasing subsequently the opacity of cornea after surgery.

Gy. Dózsa: Über die Wirkung der Phakoemulsifikation auf das Korneaendothel Im Laufe der Versuche an Kaninchenaugen wurde die Wirkung der Phakoemulsifikation auf das Korneaendothel geprüft. Nach 1, 4, 5, 7 Minuten dauerndem Funktionieren des ultrasonischen Endstückes wurden die am Endothel findbaren Veränderungen an scanning-mikroskopischen Aufnahmen verfolgt. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse auch mit den Literaturangaben vergleichend konnte die Folgerung gezogen werden, dass zwischen der Funktionierungszeit des ultrasonischen Endstückes sowie dem Mass und der Ausbreitung der Endothelschädigung ein enger Zusammenhang zu finden ist. Durch Verlängerung der Fragmentationszeit wird die geschädigte Endotheloberfläche grösser, als Folge bildet sich nach der Operation Korneatrübung aus.
