ép hátsó lencsetokot biztosíthatunk. Mindez traumás cat.-nál ritkán lehetséges. Szekunder implantációnál a Dannheim-lencse sem rosszabb. A késői cornea dystrophia Dannheim lencsénél megfelelő tartóhurok-átmérővel, mély csarnok technikával és a corpus-csarnokú esetek kizárásával megelőzhető. Tehát ne végezzünk előre discissiót, capsulectomiát és a cat. traumaticát se operáljuk meg előre, hogy ne rontsuk el a jó ml. implantáció feltételeit.
