Дюбуа-Паульсен: Рефлексии в связи с патогенезом глаукоматозной атрофии зрительного нерва и с изменениями поля зрения Наблюдающиеся при глаукоме выпадения поля зрения указывают на поражения нервных волокон. Ранние выпадения могут рассматриваться как вызванные изменениями нервных волокон и в противоположность ко внутриглазным сосудистым поражениям они обратимы. Классическая скотома Бьеррума вовсе не является единственным видом выпадения зрительного поля в определенной стадии болезни. Наблюдаются все типы выпадения типа нервных волокон. Их возникновение лучше всего объясняется на основании наших новейших анатомических познаний относительно васкуляризации соска зрительного нерва. Глаукома сопровождается поражением задних ресничных артерий. The early scotoma may be considered as originating from the nerve fibre and these scotomas —- as opposed to the intraocular vascular damages — are reversible. The classic Bjerrum’s scotoma is by far not the sole form of scotoma of a certain period of the disease. All types of the neurofibrillar damages may to be observed. Their development is explainable on the basis of the recent anatomical experiences on the vascularization of the potic disk. The glaucoma is concomitant with the lesion of the posterior ciliary arteries. A. Die frühen Ausfälle können als von Nervenfaserursprung aufgefassr werden, und sind im Gegensatz zu den vaskulären Schädigungen innerhalb des Auges reversibel. Das klassische Bjerrum-Skotom ist nicht die einzige Art des Gesichtsfeldausfalls in einer bestimmten Priode der Krankheit. Sämtliche Typen der Ausfälle vom Nervenfasertyp sind zu beobachten. Ihre Bildung kann am besten aufgrund unserer neuesten anatomischen Kenntnisse über die Vaskularisation des Sehnervkopfes erklärt werden. Das Glaukom ist mit Schädigung der Art. ciliaris posteriores verbunden. 164
