Варга Маргит, Антал Магдолна: Данные к ультраструктуре внутриглазных метастатических опухолей

Авторы изучали метастаз хориоидальной карциномы грудной железы, вызвавший вторичную абсолютную глаукому у женщины 64 лет. С помощью электронномикроскопического анализа было показано тяжелое поражение опухолевых клеток и обнаружены различные внутриплазматические включения, среди которых имелись в малом количестве митохондриальные включения кристаллического строения. Эти включения авторы считают тоже неспецифическими клеточными поражениями.

Varga, М. and Antal, M.: Data on the ultrastructure of metastatic intraocular tumours

Metastases of breast-cancer spread into the choroid causing secondary glaucoma in a female of 64 years was investigated. By electronmicroscopy the tumour-cells were found to be highly damaged and to contain various intracytoplasmatic inclusions, inter aliis a small number of mitochondrial inclusions of crystalline structure. The latter too are suggested to result from non-specific cellular damage.

M. Varga und M. Antal: Beiträge zur Vitrastruktur der metastatischen intraokularen Tumoren

Im Falle einer 64jährigen Patienten wurde die ein sekundäres absolutes Glaukom verursachende chorioideale Mammakarzinom-Metastase geprüft. Mit elektronenmikroskopischer Untersuchung war eine schwere Schädigung der Tumorzellen festzustellen und unterschiedliche intracytoplasmatische Inklusionen waren zu finden, unter ihnen in geringer Zahl auch mitochondriale Inklusionen von kristalliner Struktur. Diese werden ebenfalls als eine unspezifische Zellenschädigung betrachtet.
