A gombás fertőzés keletkezésében feltehetően szerepet játszik a műtéti trauma, az antibioticum és a hosszas corticosteroid-kezelés. Из свыше 1000 кератопластик, проведенных за 10 лет, авторы наблюдали всего лишь в одном случае такое осложнение. В деле возникновения грибковой инфекции, вероятно, роль играют операционная травма, антибиотическое и длительное кортикостероидное лечение. Вопреки этому эти лечении кератопластики. É. К incses, Zs. Herpay: Keratomycosis after keratoplasty The authors describe a case of keratomycosis occurring after keratoplasty. Only one such complication was found among thousand cases of keratoplasty in ten years’ practice. The operative traumatisation, the antibiotic and the prolonged corticosteroid treatment have assumably a part in the induction of the mycosis. In spite of that, the abovementioned medicaments are not dispensable in the post-operative treatment of the keratoplasty. É. Kineses und Zs. Herpay: Über Keratomykose nach Keratoplastik Ein nach Keratoplastik auftretender Fall von Keratomykose wird besprochen. Nach im Laufe von 10 Jahren durchgeführten mehr als tausend Keratoplast iken wurde nur eine derartige Komplikation beobachtet. Im Entstehen der mykotischen Infektion kommt annehmbar dem Operationstrauma, der Antibiotikum- und der prolongierten Kortikosteroidbehandlung eine Rolle zu. Trotzdem können diese Arzneimittel in der postoperativen Behandlung der Keratoplastik nicht entbehrt werden. 211
