Esetük s az irodalmi adatok elemzése alapján a polycythaemia verás keringési zavarok „pangásos” és „spasmusos”' typusát különböztetik meg s feltételezik az egyik typusból másikba való átmenet lehetőségét is. A case of polycythaemia vera is published by the authors with severe eyeground changes causing diagnostic difficulties. On basis of their case and of analysis of literary data, they distinguish between the “choked” and “spasmodic” types of circulation disturbances in polycythaemia vera and they assume also the possibility of one type turning into the other one. L. Mailáth, Gy. Nagy und Cs. Balázs: Über einen Fall von intrakranialen raumbeengenden Vorgang nachahmender Polycythaemia vera. Ein Fall von schwere Augenhintergrund Veränderung und diagnostische Schwierigkeiten verursachender Polycythaemia vera wird beschrieben. Aufgrund der Analyse des eigenen Falles und der Literaturangaben wird ein „Stauungstyp“ und ein „spastischer Typ“ der Kreislaufstörungen in Polycythaemia vera unterschieden und es wird angenommen, dass auch die Möglichkeit des Überganges von einem Typ in den anderen besteht. 142
