M. Varga and E. Trux: Rare complication after corneal transplantation.

On a fifteen-year old girl, forty-six days after corneal transplantation performed because of keratoconus, the larger part of the disc detached, the crystalline lens went dislocated from the eye. Although the disc could be fixed on its place and a good visual acuity was achieved by the appropriate glass, the corneal transplantation did not bring the desired result, since the eye became aphakic.

46 Tage nach an einem 16jährigen Mädchen wegen Keratoconus durchgeführter Hornhauttransplantation lockerte sich infolge Verletzung ein grosser Teil der Scheibe, und die Linse entfernte sich aus dem Auge. Obwohl es gelang die Scheibe an ihre Stelle zu fixieren und mit einem entsprechenden Glas gute Sehschärfe zu erzielen, lieferte die Hornhauttransplantation nicht das erwünschte Ergebnis, da das Auge aphakisch wurde.
