metszete megnő. Atropin hatására fordított irányú szöveteltolódások jönnek létre. Allen és Burian (1965) modellkísérletekben, Bárány és Rohen (1965), valamint Rohen, Lütjen és Bárány (1967) majmokon végzett vizsgálataikban ismételten megerősítették, hogy a sugárizom a csarnokvíz keringésre befolyást gyakorol. A csarnokzugi ventilatio morphologiai alapjai a legfontosabb vonatkozásokban tisztázottnak tekinthetők. A meridionalis izom tapadási viszonyai következtében az izomműködés átvitele a trabecularis rendszerre morphologiailag biztosítva van. Az izomműködés a sclera-sarkantyúban, illetve a trabeculumban tapadó sugárizom inak közvetítésével tevődik át a trabecularis rendszerre. Az izom összehúzódásának hatására a sclera-sarkantyú hátrafelé hajlik, a trabecularis rendszer kifejtődik, az elfolyási ellenállás csökken. Az izom elernyedésekor fordított irányú jelenségek játszódnak le. Összefoglalás A trabeculum iridis és corneosclerale collagen rostrendszere ezüstsókkal jól impregnálható és a rácsrostok jellegzetességeit mutatja. A corneoscleralis trabeculum savanyú mucopolysaccharida tartalma mintegy 3,5-szerese az ínhártyáénak. A szaruhártyában, a trabeculummal összehasonlítva, erősebben savanyú mucopolysaccharida componensek is vannak. A corneoscleralis trabeculum a Descemet-hártva lapszerűen kiterjedt és megsokszorozódott lemezrendszerének tekinthető. A trabeculumba nyomuló sugárizom inakban rugalmas rostok mellett collagen és argyrophil rostok is kimutathatók. Az izomműködés a sclera-sarkantyúban, illetve a trabeculumban tapadó inak közvetítésével tevődik át a trabecularis rendszerre. IRODALOM. Allen, L. and H. M.
