Salia i, S.,Fehér, J. and Podhorányi, Gy.: Experiences on the autoblood treatment of injuries produced by caustic alkalis.

The authors’ experiences made during the autoblood treatment of 226 patients with injuries due to the entry of caustic alkalis into the eye and with burns are reported. After novocain anesthesia a mixture of autoblood and vitamin C has been administered. Extended conjunctival cicatrization has been observed in 11 cases, macula in 51 and leucoma in 7 cases. For the proper classification of the injuries and better comparison of the therapeutical results a new scheme is recommended by the authors. In their opinion, the autoblood therapy is useful in the case of injuries of second and third degree.

S. Sallai, J. Fehér und Gy. Podhorányi: Erfahrungen mit der Eigenblutbehandlung von ätzenden Verletzungen.

Die Verfasser berichten über ihre Erfahrungen anhand der Eigenblutbehandlung von 226 ätzenden und Brandverletzungen. Nach Novocain-Anästhesie wurde ein Gemisch von Eigenblut und Vitamin C angewandt. Ernstere Bindehautvernarbung wurde in 11 Fällen beobachtet, Makula in 51 Fällen und Leukom in 7 Fällen. Für die Gruppierung der Verletzungen, bzw. für eine vergleichende Bewertung der therapeutischen Ergebnisse wird eine neue Einteilung in Vorschlag gebracht. Im Falle von Verletzungen zweiten und dritten Grades wird die Verabreichung des eigenen Blutes als nützlich betrachtet.

Prolongált hatású progesteron készítmény: a habitualis és imminens abortus, a sterilitas (hypolutein esetei), a hyperplasia glandularis cystica endometrii juvenilis gyógykezelésére, praeclimaxos vérzészavarok befolyásolására (az esetleges malignitas kizárása után), továbbá hypogenitalismus, valamint primaer, és secundaer amenorrhoeák kezelésére oestregon adagolással együtt.
