MűTÁRGYMOZGÁSOK 1945–1949 188 valamint nem hitbizományi vagyonhoz tartozó, de kulturális jellegű állami vagyontárgyakat is közgyűjtemények őrizetébe fogják bocsátani. E megállapodás alapján az V/2. ügyosztály a Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum Tanácsának a követendő eljárásra nézve tájékoztatni fogja. /Vonatkozik ez különösen a Vagyonmentő és a Külforgalmi NV aukcióira./ 11/ A pénzügyminiszter a pénzügyigazgatóságokat részletes körrendeletben fogja a törvény végrehajtásával kapcsolatban követendő eljárásról tájékoztatni, ebben a körrendeletben a tárcánkat érdeklő kérdéseket velünk egyetértésben fogják szabályozni, a körrendelet előkészítései munkálataiban a miniszteri biztos fog részt venni, kiadás előtt azonban a VKM illetékes ügyosztályai is megkapják hozzászólásra. A pénzügyminiszter és az igazságügyminiszter a pénzügyigazgatókat, illetve hitbizományi bíróságokat körrendeletben fogja felhívni, hogy a miniszteri biztost munkájában támogassák. ART OBJECTS ON THE MOVE The Hungarian National Museum of Fine Arts after World War II by Farkas Kornél SUMMARY The author has investigated the provenance of various pieces of art in the Hungarian Museum of Fine Arts since 2005. The movements of art provenance belonging to national and private collections could not be reconstructed without a profound knowledge of the Museum’s history and of the various measures that were taken in the period under scrutiny. The result of such research work was the study entitled „Art Objects on the Move, 1938-1945”, which appeared in 2009 in the same review. Research was then extended to the postwar years, and the author, based on the documentation in the archives of the Museum of Fine Arts and of the Hungarian National Archives, continued to explore the whole spectrum of events between 1945 and 1949. The paper offers insight into the competences of the Museum, its postwar reconstruction and the rescue of its collections, the restitutional procedures, and the impacts of nationalisation. The chief aim of the paper (which is published in two parts) is to clarify unknown or mistaken points in the period examined, to facilitate further research, and to commemorate the achievements of various persons.
