1770, when the medieval edifice was restored. During the restoration, the nave was fit with a wooden flat ceiling. After finishing the work to the church, the Schwabs tried to occupy the church by force, but they were kept back by the local landlord, László Vay. The craftsman Jakab Vinkler, from Carei, built the tower in late baroque style in the period between 1814 and 1822. Carpenter Horváth, from Nagykálló, made the steeple of the tower, similar to the one of Nagykálló. The priest chair and the pulpit were made in classic style, in 1837. A neogothic hall was built on the southern faqade. The church has two bells made in 1843, respectively in 1823. (TSz). I ■ I ■■ > MIM > MIM I Tătărăşti (comuna Viile Satu Mare) Biserica ortodoxă „Sf. Arhangheli Mihail şi Gavril” Tradiţia orală mai păstrează informaţii despre vechea biserică din lemn, existentă aici prin secolul al XVII-lea. Clădirea actuală, ridicată în anul 1814, este una dintre cele mai frumoase edificii ecleziastice ale zonei. Ea se remarcă prin stilul baroc dominant în regiunea noastră la începutul secolului al XlX-lea: are absida semicirculară, iar ferestrele navei şi ale turnului cu două etaje sunt tot semicirculare. Coiful turnului păstrează şi el elementele specifice barocului. Impresionant este iconostasul ce datează din anul 1901. Sculptura se evidenţiază prin abundenţa motivelor vegetale. In registrul superior, medalioanele înfăţişând Proorocii Vechiului Testament sunt separate între ele de motive decorative şerpuitoare, ce oferă tâmplei iconostasului un aspect dantelat. In anul 1956, biserica a fost repictată de către profesorul Schnell din Satu Mare. (DB). Résztelek (Szatmárhegy község) „Szt. Mihály és Gábor arkangyalok” ortodox templom A szóbeli hagyomány szerint, a jelenlegi templom helyén a 17. században fatemplom állt. A mai épület a környék egyik legszebb temploma, 1814-ben emelték. Stílusát a 19. század elején, vidékünkön uralkodó barokk határozza meg: a hajó félköríves apszissal zárul, ablakai a kétszintes toronyéhoz hasonlóan félkörívesek.
