Nowadays the objectives are less related only to strict financial needs, already met, but more to the social prestige, all voiced by the economic condition: a bigger house, a more expensive car, etc. The pace of construction of houses reached 25 to 30 new houses per year, thus returning to three people for a house (according to the last census there are 2268 buildings in the village), Certeze being called „the luxury villas village" or „the most rich village in Romania „ Eeta cation - Chum^ The existence of religious education in the village is confirmed in the old parish documents, confirming that in 1855, on April 15, 38 florins were paid in advance to repairthe school building, being also carried out other expenses to finish the maintenance work of confessional school. The teacher was also the singer at the church („cantor - docente"), living in the school building, using garden and monthly receiving the teacher salary (goods and money) established by the Council and the Parish Assembly.
