Tatsachen, die Persönlichkeiten, die Helden, die Menschenmenge, sind wichtige Teile des Geschichte. Die Tatsache ist, dass eine solche Museum-Philosophie nimmt an, dass für die Problemen, konkrete und richtige Antworten bekommt. Die Museographie verwendet die Möglichkeiten-die hier benützt ist-die in den Additionalgeräten -optische, akustische, elektronische, interaktive, größtenteils des IT Technologie kann man auffinden. Die ständige Ausstellung des Sathmarer Kreismuseum redet den Kenner der örtlichen Geschichte, so wie die nicht so in diesem Thema verständig sind. Diese Ausstellung kann man nicht so leicht vergessen sondern ist eine echte kulturelle Erlebnis. Daneben bietet einen geisterlichen Erfrischung auch für die Fachflaute. Diese und ausführlich vorwiesende Teile (Schulegesichte, bürgerliche Leben oder die Altage des Sozialismus) nötigt uns ab, dass die sathmarer Ausstellung, unter der Ägide der rumänische Museographie, schätzen wir, wie die am modernsten tritt ab. Prof. Univ. Dr. loan Opriş 8 Introduction The museum legitimates itself as public institution through everything it owns and through the ways it valuates the assets. Therefore, the “permanent”, basic exhibition every museum has, justifies its role. Museology means organizing the exhibition in a modern and refined way, taking it as a big challenge and a real exam of abilities and understanding of the needs of the contemporary society. If the value and quality of the patrimony are the result of a long term qualified and accurate selection, the drawing out of the essence that makes up the “history” and its return in the shape of an exhibition, is the most difficult part in museology. The final product of a difficult and expensive procedure - the basic exhibition - must correspond to the profile and theme of the exhibition, as well as to the specific of the patrimony and to the public’s hopes. The product that must stick to true and correct statements, through the artifacts of the museum arranged logically and presented in an aesthetic way, remakes the past or anticipates the future. Many alternatives and ideational connections are taken into consideration at any exhibition. Reorganizing an exhibition needs detailed studies and potential projects. The result, more or less lasting, receives a validity certificate only after a straight evaluation of such
