înălţată în anul 1847 de către credincioşii greco-catolici din Apa işfpitru cantorul de la biserica lor, './p fcasa memorială dr. Vasile Lucaciu reprezintă o construcţie cu arhitectură specifică zonei etnografice din Lunca Someşului. Ea este aşezată în partea dreaptă a străzii de sus, numită de localnici „Herbeneaga", în centrul comunei, peste drum de biserica ortodoxă. Ridicată din bârne de lemn, pe o fundaţie din piatră, casa are o formă dreptungiulară specifică tuturor clădirilor care au aparţinut ţărănimii din localitate. Pereţii locuinţei, atât cei din interior, cât şi cei din exterior, sunt lipiţi cu lut amestecat cu pleavă, întreaga construcţie este joasă, având acoperişul confecţionat din paie. The memorial house of Vasile Lucaciu was built during 1847 by the greek-catholics of Apa for the church-preceptor. It is a construction with features specific to the vernacular architecture of the ethnographic region of Someş Plains. It is placed in the right part of the upper street, named by the locals as "Herbeneaga", in the center of the settlement, in front of the Orthodox Church. The house has a rectangular ground plan, as all the traditional peasant houses in the region. It is built by wood girders, with a stone foundation. Inside and outside, the walls are covered with a mixture of clay and chaff. The whole construction is low and thatched.
