506 Eugen Glück An important Romanian Old Book Collection (Summary) The researches from Budapesta's libraries had proved that in their patrimony there is a significant thesaurus of old Romanian book. Starting with the second half of XVIII-th century, both Buda and Pesta had an important part in publishing Romanian books. The most numerous were printed in university's printing works, among contributors of this publishing house were the three leaders: Samuil Micu Clain, Gheorghe Sincai and Petru Maior . Also, because of different reasons (political, cultural, juridical), during 1919-1920, in Budapest there was an important Romanian intellectuals. This paper is based on the researches upon Universitary Library and Széchenyi National Library. The entire inventory is well-preserved, only the methodology of the catalogues is causing a few difficulties. In this collection we remark: ritual books, Scriptures, religious discipline and ethics, lay ethics, philosophy, pedagogy, geography, economic counsels, literature, politics, national movement calendars, journals, poems of homage. The Romanian old book collection from Budapest is an important factor of Romanian-Hungarian cultural relationships.
