Noi credem că organizaţia P.N.Ţ. a judeţului Satu Mare a respectat numele şi locul acestui partid, fiind principala forţă politică a judeţului, cu lideri de o certă valoare.

(Summary)

The National Peasant Party was founded on October 1926, after the fusion of the National Party with the Peasant Party. 1927 marked the first Congress of the PNT Satu Mare. Mihai Popovici was appointed the president of the organization. He had this position till 1936, being followed by dr. Titu Demian, until 1947 when the Party was dissolved.

PNT Satu Mare respected the name and the place that this party deserved, being the main political force of the county, having as its leaders people of a high ethical and preofessional value.
