Campanula sibirica L. - Mainly in the dry steppe meadows on the foothills, but occurs in many communities including open meadows. (FEICHTINGER 1899, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Cannabis sauva L. - Frequent in the edges of the Robinia forests at Sátorkőpuszta and in the reed-plot at the ponds south of Kis Strázsa-hegy. (BAUER 1996). Capsella bursa-pastoris (L.) Medic. - Appears in roadside weed vegetation and at strip-pits. (BAUER 1996). Cardamine bulbifera (L.) Crantz (Syn.: Dentaria bulbifera L.) - On the northern slope of Tábla-hegy, sporadic in the hornbeam-oak wood. Cardamine impatiens L. - Near the top of Strázsa-hegy, on the northern cliffs in the fragmental ravine forest; rare. Cardaminopsis arenosa (L.) Hay. - Frequent in the rocky, detrited surface of Strázsa-hegy, but it also appears in large numbers in the early spring community of lime-avoiding oak wood with burnt underwood. (BOROS 1920, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Carduus acanthoides L. - Plant of the weed vegetation and the degraded forest margins. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Carduus nutans L. - In the dry grassy areas of Sátorkőpuszta. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Carex acutiformis Ehrh. - Appears in hygrophilous vegetation types northeast of Tábla-hegy and south of Kis-Strázsa-hegy. (FEICHTINGER 1899). Carex caryophyllea Latour. - (BOROS 1920). Carex divulsa Stokes - Sporadic in the pubescent oak wood on the southern slopes of Táblahegy. Carex ericetorum Poll. - (BOROS 1920, 1938). Carex flacca Schreb. - Sporadic in Chrysopogon communities of the southeastern foot of Tábla-hegy. Carex hirta L. - In weed communities and dry grassy areas overgrown. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995). Carex humilis Leyss. - Moderately frequent in "rock grasses", rock-grass slopes and in shrub forests of Strázsa-hegy. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, KUN 1996, BAUER 1996). Carex liparicarpos Gaud. - Frequent everywhere from the open sand-steppe grasses and "rock grasses" to the closed steppe meadows. (BOROS 1919, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Carex michelii Host - In pubescent oak woods, shrub forests and clearings of the area. Carex muricata L. (Syn.: Carex pairei F. Schultz) - On the northern slope of Tábla-hegy; rare. Carex pilosa Scop. - Occurs in the hornbeam-oak wood of the northern slope of Csurgó-hegy. Carex pilulifera L. - (FEICHTINGER 1899). Carex praecox Schreb. - Sporadic in "sand grasses" of foothill surfaces. Carex stenophylla Wahlbg. - Frequent element of open sand grasses near Strázsa-hegy. (BOROS 1920, 1954, KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996). Carex supina Wahlbg. - (FEICHTINGER 1899). Carex tomentosa L. - Occurs sporadically in the pubescent oak woods, shrub forests and clearings of the area. Carex vulpina L. - (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995). Carlina biebersteinii Bernh. ex Hörnern. (Syn.: Carlina vulgaris L. subsp. intermedia (Schur) Hay.) - Frequent in disturbed, dry grassy areas. (BAUER 1996). Carpinus betulus L. - On the northern slopes of Strázsa-, Tábla- and Csurgó-hegy. (KUN and SEREGÉLYES 1995, BAUER 1996).
