Bauer, Norbert: Vascular flora of the hill Strázsa-hegy and its vicinity (Pilis Mts, Hungary)
high - almost twice the central European average (ca 6%). The frequency value of five species representing the Salvia genus (S. aethiopis, S. austriaca, S. nemorosa, S. pratensis, S. verticillata) in the flora of Strázsa-hegy and its surroundings must be emphasised also. Of the large Boraginaceae family, Onosma arenaria is quite variable and frequent. The Echium genus, represented by the three domestic species (E. italicum, E. maculatum, E. vulgare), and Buglossoides purpureo-coerulea abundant in pubescent oak woods, are important and characteristic elements of the area. The hygrophilous vegetation types near the area were not included in this study, therefore, their species are mostly omitted. This resulted in the low percentage of the Cyperaceae family. More than 35% of the flora belongs four most successful plant families (locally the richests in species), namely Asteraceae, Poaceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae. • Central European flora m Strázsa- and Tábla-hegy Fig. 2.
