Kommentár Abstract Commentary on Act 1, 2013 of the Reformed Church of Hungary on the Service and Legal Status of Ministers (Part 2) The second part of the Commentary analyzes the legal nature and methods of entering the ministerial legal relationship, and the rules governing the ministerial service (entering, termination, modification). The study highlights the new features defined by ministerial career model, and the different regulatory areas resulting from the difference between legal relationship and service. These rules define the conditions relating to the rights and obligations of each service. The study presents the theological foundations for electing ministers, emphasizing its service-like nature. It gives a critical evaluation of a regulation pointing in the direction of hierarchical church government in the law in force. It draws attention to the fact that contrary to the objectives of the Hungarian Reformed Church to create unity, the possibility of enforcement of particularist interests gained more space.
