The paper surveys the triennial activity of the Expert Body for Innovation and Invention Affairs Which is functioning in coordination with the National Office of Inventions and takes an important role in the prevention of the remuneration suits relating to inventions and innovations, resp. Following a short aoutlook aiming the comparison of the provisions of law. the basic organizational and procedural rules of the Expert Body are made known, furthermore selections from the most significant observations of the said body are published.
