Buda, 22 July 1789 The Council of Governor-General authorizes the foundation of a scholarship for veterinary students. 25. Buda, 29 July 1789 The University Council disapproves of Sándor Tolnay's travelling on epizootic inspection, but the Council of Governor-General deems the inspections necessary for the moment. 26. Vienna, 5 August 1789 The Chancellery informs the Council of Governor- General that the proposal submitted by Sándor Tolnay on veterinary education at the University in Pest can be fully accepted and his expenses in connection with practical training can be reimbursed . 27. Buda, 24 September 1789 The budget submitted by Sándor Tolnay is approved by the Council of Governor-General with some minor remarks. 28. Buda, 25 September 1789 The Council of Governor-General asks for the opinion of the University Council concerning the form and ornament of the certificate to be given to the students completing the veterinary course.
