The rope needs of the steamboating on the Danube is met by the indoor roper work of the shipyard in Öbuda from 185o till 1895. Among the numerous manufactures having been established since 185o the one of Nándor Bakay in Szeged was transformed into a factory around 187o. The roping on manufacturai level functioning near the consumer's market more or less efficiently according to the current conjuncture has been liquidate in Hungary around 194o. Bp.
