Bevezető
. /Jrw-zr/r Évkönyvünk a megjelölt színi évad magyarországi és külföldi magyar nyelvű hivatásos színjátszásának adatait közli. Elsőként az évad bemutatóit közöljük színházanként. Egy-egy bemutató leírásában szerepel a szerző, a mű címe, eredeti címe, műfaja, a fordító, díszlet- és jelmeztervező, karmester, koreográfus, rendező, valamint a bemutató vagy felújítás időpontja. Az Évkönyv közli az egyes színházak vezetőségének és társulatának névsorát. Külön fejezet tartalmazza a nyári színházi előadásokat, a határainkon túli magyar nyelvű hivatásos színjátszás adatait, a külföldi együttesek magyarországi vendégjátékát, a magyar hivatásos együttesek külföldi vendégszereplését, a színházi eseményeket (fesztiválok, kitüntetések, díjak, halálozások), a színházi szervezetek adatait (intézmények, múzeumok, archívumok, gyűjtemények). A bibliográfia a Magyarországon megjelent színházi szakkönyveket, színdarabokat és szakfolyóiratokat sorolja fel. Háromféle mutató található a kötetben. Az első egy általános névmutató, a második a kötetben található előadások címeit, a harmadik az évad bemutatóinak eredeti címeit tartalmazza. Az Évkönyv a színházak közlései (színlap, műsorfüzet) alapján tartalmazza az adatokat. Az Évkönyv anyagának gyűjtését 1995. szeptember 1 -jén zártuk. This Annual contains all the relevant information concerning the activity of Hungarian professional theatres at home and abroad in the past season. The first group of data is the list of premieres during the season, in a theatre by theatre order. Besides the bibliographical information connected with the dramatic text (the author’s name, the Hungarian and the original title, the genre, the translator's name) the Annual lists all contributors to the production of the play: the stage and costume designers, the conductor, the choreographer, the director; and gives the date of the premiere or revival. The Annual also contains the list of the staff belonging to each theatre, from members of the artistic management to the actors themselves. A separate chapter is devoted to open-air performances, to permanent professional Hungarian groups beyond our frontiers, to guest-performances of Hungarian professional companies abroad and foreign theatres in Hungary. The reader can find information concerning remarkable theatrical events of the last season such as festivals, awards, obituaries. The Annual is also a practical guide to institutions attached to the theatre (organizations, museums, archives, collections). A bibliography ot playtexts, books on theatre and theatre reviews published in Hungary is also included. The volume contains three indexes: the first is a general index of names, the second is a list of production titles and the third indicates the original titles of the plays staged during the season. All the details published here are based on playbills and programmes of theatres. In order to specify data we have sent the pages of the annual to the relevant theatres, subsequently the volume can be published with their additions included. We thank them for their support.
