NAGY ZSOLT SOIURI ISTORICE DE PĂR CULTIVATE ŞI RECOMANDATE PENTRU CULTIVARE PE TERITORIUL VECHIULUI COMITAT CIUC (CSÍK) Rezumat Lucrarea prezintă un nou rezultat dintr-o cercetare de mai mulţi ani. In partea de introducere, autorul defineşte conceptul soiului istoric. In părţile următoare, studiul schiţează istoria cultivării şi pomiculturii (reproducerea selectivă) părului, pe teritoriul vechiului Comitat Ciuc (Ciucul de Jos şi Sus, Gheorgheni, Ghimeş, Casin), începând din secolul al 17-lea, până în zilele noastre, acordând o deosebită atenţie culegerii şi utilizării părului sălbatic (Pyrus pyraster Burgsd. 1787 [syn. P. communis L. subsp./var. Pyraster L.]). Studiul menţionează aproape patruzeci de soiuri istorice. Anexa prezintă şi părţi dintr-un lexicon în pregătire, publicate ca revizuire, despre soiuri istorice: articole despre soiurile părului Ananas şi Bergamot Secuiesc, variantele şi sinonimele, precum variaţiile formale (f. var.) ale denumirilor pe teritoriul vechiului Comitat Ciuc în a doua jumătate a secolului 19-lea. RECOMMENDED AND HISTORICALLY CULTIVATED PEAR VARIETIES ON THE OLD TERITORIES OF CIUC (CSÍK) COUNTY Abstract This study presents the newest partial results of a several years long research work. In the introduction, the author aims to define the term of historical variety. In the following parts, the study outlines the history of the cultivation and selective breeding of pear on the old teritories of Ciuc (Csík) County, like Lower and Upper Ciuc, Gheorgheni, Ghimeş and Casin, from the 17th century to the present-day, highliting the gathering and use of the European Wild Pear {Pyrus pyraster Burgsd. 1787 [syn. P. communis L. subsp./var. Pyraster L.]). The paper displays almost 40 historical pear varieties. The appendix shows parts from a lexicon in progress about historical fruit varieties. One can read review entries about the Ananas and Sekler Bergamot pear varieties, which were cultivated on the old teritories of Ciuc (Csík) in the second half of the 19th century. Further, the reader can get acquainted with their name variants, synonyms and form varieties (f. var.). 328
