Rezumat

în partea introductivă a studiului, prelucrând documente depistate în cadrul unor fonduri administrative şi militare, trec în revistă etapele de construcţie ale şcolilor franciscane, respectiv ale seminarului de la Şumuleu-Ciuc (Csíksomlyó), lucrări ce au avut loc pe parcursul secolelor 18-19, între anii 1730-1735, 1749-1754, 1780-1782 şi 1833-1838. Ordinele guberniale şi instrucţiunile juzilor supremi regali ai epocii, rapoartele, devizele, dările de seamă şi chitanţele lucrărilor, precum şi unele piese ale corespondenţei oficiale aduc noi şi valoroase contribuţii la cunoaşterea acestui subiect puţin cercetat şi cunoscut, în a doua parte a studiului, spicuiesc din aceste surse încă needitate, publicând fragmente din documentele considerate a fi cele mai reprezentative, contribuind, astfel, la popularizarea subiectului, nu doar pentru cercetători, dar şi pentru cei neiniţiaţi.

THE DOCUMENTS IN THE ARCHIVES OF HARGHITA COUNTY CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FRANCISCAN DIDACTICAL INSTITUTIONS

(1767-1839)

Abstract

The first part of the paper reviews the construction phases in the 18-19th century (1730-1735,1749-1754,1780-1782 and 1833-1838) of the Franciscan schools and Seminar at Şumuleu-Ciuc/Csiksomlyo, according to different documents found in administrative and military Fonds. The government rescripts, Royal High Judge reports, statements, receipts or pieces of magisterial corespondence scattered in the archives of Ciuc Seat (Csíkszék), The First Szekler Infantry Regiment and the Roman-Catholic Gimnasium of Şumuleu-Ciuc provide new and valuable information on this little known and researched topic.

In the second part of the paper we present some important documents of the unpublished resources to popularize the subject both for specialists and a larger audience.
