Rezumat

Lucrarea prezintă ciupercile comestibile, răspândite în jurul oraşului Miercurea-Ciuc (Csíkszereda). în cursul studiului realizat în perioada 2005-2010, au fost identificate 43 de specii de ciuperci comestibile necultivate, aparţinând ascomicetelor şi bazidiomicetelor. Printre aceste ciuperci sunt reprezentanţi cu importanţă majoră din punct de vedere al conţinutului în substanţe nutritive valoroase, precum şi datorită substanţelor cu efect benefic asupra sănătăţii organismului.

EDIBLE MUSHROOMS AROUND MIERCUREA-CIUC AND THE EVALUATION OF THEIR NUTRITIONAL AND MEDICINAL IMPORTANCE

Abstract

In this paper we describe the edible mushrooms occurring in the region of Miercurea- Ciuc. In the course of our 5 year work between 2005 and 2010, 43 edible wild mushroom species have been identified belonging to the groups of Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. Among these mushrooms we can find species with significant importance concerning valuable nutrient content and the presence of health promoting substances.
