A CSÍKI SZÉKELY MÚZEUM ÉVKÖNYVE 2007-2008 269-278 SZABÓ ANDRÁS ATTRIBÚTUM-FIGYELŐ Abstract: [Attribute observer] Imre NAGY from Zsögöd painted everything, that is to say a lot of things: landscapes, people, animals. And of course, all these together, too. On a lot of his pictures, the associated pictural elements play an important role, if not the main role. The real role of the attribute in the fine arts: it is the symbol of the frequently portrayed people, mainly of the saints. They become recognizable on the basis of these symbols. The attribute does not have any symbolic meanings beyond of the objective meanings. Yet, due to the original meaning of the word - reference, allusion-, it has also gained a symbolic value. The attribute means also the reinforcement or the emphasis of the ideas, of the message respectively the stressing of the quality, the character, open or latent completion, reinforcement of the content. I am trying to interpret and decode these meanings. Rolul real al atributului în arta plastica: este embléma persoanclor reprezentate des, mai aies a sfintilor. Ei devin de recunoscut pe baza acestor emblème. Atributul nu are un înteles simbolic în afara de întelesul obiectiv. Dar conform întelesului original referintä, atribuire - a cäpätat si o valoare simbolicà. Atributul mai înseamna întarirea sau accentuarea ideii, a mesajului, scoaterea în evidenÇâ a particularità^ii, a caracterului, completare, întârire latentä sau deschisâ a continutului. Incerc sä le interprétez, sä le descifrez pe acestea. 1986 áprilisában vettem át a Csíki Székely Múzeum képzőművészeti gyűjteményét. Annak szerves részét képezi a Zsögödi Nagy Imre-hagyaték. Fokozatosan hozzákezdtem megismeréséhez. Nem volt könnyű dolgom: 6.547 darab rajzot, réz- és fametszetet, akvarell-, tempera- és olajképet kellett memorizálnom. 1 Talán túlzás azt állítani, hogy kellett, de a velük való folytonos foglalkozás rákényszerített a hagyaték kimerítő, majdnem darabonkénti megismerésére. Jó érzés. Zsögödi Nagy Imre mindent, azaz sok mindent megfestett: tájat, embert, állatot. És természetesen, mindezeket együtt is. Nagyon sok képén, ha nem is fő-, de fontos szerepet játszanak az állatok. Ez csak a művészi-, de e mellett több ezer tárgyi és könyvészeti tételt is jelent a hagyaték. - Sz. A.
