Curator: Mihály Sárkány, ethnographer (Ethnographic Institute of HAS) NEW PERMANENT EXHIBITION The Elies Monastery Csongrád, Tari László Museum December 2004: a new part of the permanent exhibition was opened about a preserved and conservated historical monument of the Hungarian Great Plain: the 'Ellés' monastery founded in the 13th century, destroyed by the Turks during the 16th—17th centuries. The restoration-conservation was made with the participation of Technical Highschool of Dortmund and the Remmers со. (Germany).
