350 ATTEND BANQUET AT LITHUANIAN CHURCH

Members of St. Peter’s Lithuanian church, 8300 Longworth avenue, held a banquet Sunday night which more than 350 members attended. Fr. George F. Jonaitis, pastor of the church, summed up the year’s work. Judge Edward J. Jeffries, of recorder’s court, spoke on citizenship, and Richard Reading, city clerk, Mayor Thomas Bresnahan, of Wyandotte, and Chief of Police Emil Dingeman, of River Rouge, also gave addresses. In addition to the speeches, musical numbers were provided.
