oppressive regime, the Romanian people grants full confessional autonomous freedom for all the confessions within the state. But the acknowledgement of the freedom of the others doesn’t confine itself only to the religious area, but covers all the spheres of the public life. The public, direct, equal, secret vote is established; it should be done proportionally, it is meant for the both sexes, starting with the age of 21. The freedom of press is granted, the freedom of association and of meeting, as well as the freedom of propagating all the human thoughts. The starting of a radical agrarian reform aims at the furtherance of the social leveling and the strength of production. The industrial working class receives the same rights as the workers of the most advanced states in the West. Possible Reflections: The Tolerance - Beyond the Theoretical Discourse or the Politico-Administrative Solutions We have underlined above that Joseph the IInd saw in the religious tolerance a way toward the civil toleration and that the last one was a limitation to saeculum. Likewise, we suggested that the ideal of the religious tolerance is a form of logos and has a Trinitarian structure, that it has the dialogue as basis and the communion as finality, at least regarding the faith. What can we observe to have a pedagogical function in the decade of the tolerance professed by Joseph? 1. The premises generating “lex tolerantiae” have been created through the dialogue with the society, by hearing its needs; 2. The equidistance toward the radical confessional aspect. What I mean is the relationship of the Emperor with the Pope, from the Pope Paul IV until Pius VI, who signs the concordate with Joseph the IInd, concordate which will regulate the relations of the empire with papacy for a period of 50 years. 3. The objective analysis of the spirit of that time. And, as a negative factor in this way, the inconstancy of the emperor, who later abrogated his reforms. All these elements can be transposed today at the level of the iconomy of the Church. How?
