172 J. SZÉKELY daism in fact prohibits teaching the Torah to women.42 Luke represents women not only as serving the Lord (Lk 8,1 -3), but also as his real disciples (Acts 16, 13s. 18,26: teaching). Mary in our pericopy is a model (also) for these female disciples of Jesus. The good part A further characteristic of the lukan gospel is the so called ’individualization of the eschatology’. The moment of the death of the person becomes in his Gospel, differently from the others, the moment of judgement and salvation (Lk 12,20; 16,3; 23,43). Mary is thus the exeplary disciple who listening the words of the Son, the divine guest, about the love comendment choses the good part43 which will be never taken away from her.
