PASTORAL LEGISLATION OF POPE FRANCIS: NEW NORMS ON TEACHING... 331 VIII. Supervision of shrines and cessation of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei 1) Pope Francis modified the competent dicastery to control the pastoral service at shrines.
