T., A krisztushívők egyenlősége és egyenlőtlensége filozófiai és jogteológiai szempontból [Equality and inequality of Christ-faithful in philosophical a law-theological aspects] (Bibliotheca Instituti Postgradualis Iuris Canonici Universitatis Catholicae de Petro Pázmány nominatae IV/10), Szent István Társulat [St. Stephan Society], Budapest 2014, pp. 184 „The Christian faithful are those who, inasmuch as they have been incorporated in Christ through baptism, have been constituted as the people of God. For this reason, made shares in their own way in Christ’s priestly, prophetic, and royal function, they are called to exercise the mission which God has entmsted to the Church to fulfill in the world, in accord with the condition proper to each.” These sentences are in the Codex iuris canonici, Can. 204 § 1 referring to the Constitution Lumen Gentium 32 of the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965). This canon is the fundament for that philosophical, theological and canonical analysis which is done by Fr. Another significant element of this volume is the consequent application of the classical philosophical analysis concerning every question which has arisen. Gabriel Juhász consistently uses the categories of Thomistic philosophy for the detailed description of canonical sources, ecclesiastical documents; moreover, based on these he critical estimates the relevance of the 20lh-21st century - non authoritative - theological interpretations. It can be recognized well some sharp of the apologetic approach of the discussion style, however it intends to enlighten and define precisely clearly those rights and obligations of faithful which belong to their states in concordance of the Church’s self-interpretation. The Author applies also this interpretative theory for analyzing those ecclesiastical communities wherein the administration of baptism is valid. The use of the aforementioned Thomistic philosophical terms is essential element of this work. Fr. Gabriel Juhász expressively indicates that
